My classes are tailored to the child’s individual needs.
I bring the experience of 5 years teaching children with ASD, Down syndrome, and other developmental disorders. My classes specialize in promoting emotional expression, body awareness, emotion regulation, coordination, and overall fun!
Dance has been proven to be an effective and fun avenue of increasing emotional expression, body awareness, as well as behavioral, and psychological wellbeing ¹. Check out my study on dance and autism
